kittens?
She was in a trailer with walls at least four feet high. That's a big jump with a kitten in your mouth.....not to mention a 5 foot drop on the outside......and to do this 6 times? Our only course of action was to call her for dinner and hope we could follow her to the new home.
The move made sense to her, though. Last time she settled in to that nest, she wound up miles away from everything she knew, likely getting hissed at by the resident kitties.

It's amazing the things that a mother cat can do when it comes to protecting her kittens.
